Start Making Our Felt Frosted Wreath
Step One — Create The Flowers
For a 22cm (8 5/8in) diameter wreath, you'll need approximately 23 flowers. To make each flower, cut a strip of felt measuring 2.5 x 50cm (1in x 20in). Thread a needle with white thread and knot the end. Sew along the bottom of your felt strip with large stitches, then gently pull on the thread to gather the felt.
Curl the strip up to form a flower, leaving the thread attached. Cut a 10cm (4in) length of silver brass wire. Thread a clear plastic bead onto the wire, bend the wire over the bead, and wind it around itself to create a pistil.
Insert this pistil into the center of your felt flower head. Trim two feathers to about 3cm (1 3/8in) and insert them into the center as well. Hold the flower, pistil, and feathers together and sew several stitches with the white thread through all the layers of felt. Make 23 flowers in this manner.
Step Two — Craft The Bows For Our Felt Frosted Wreath
Cut a 10cm (4in) length of silver brass wire and a 30cm (12in) length of white organdie ribbon. Create two loops with the ribbon, pinch the center between your fingers, and secure the bow by winding the brass wire around it.
Make seven white bows and seven silver bows in this fashion. Cut a 15cm (6in) length of brass wire, thread a clear bead onto it, bend the wire over the bead, and wind it around itself.
Repeat this process with two more beads, and then twist the three wire stems together to form a bead cluster. Craft seven three-bead clusters using this method.
Bundle up seven bunches of two or three feathers each, attaching them to 15cm (6in) lengths of brass wire.

Step Three — Assemble The Wreath
Assemble your wreath on the metal lampshade ring, alternating between flowers, ribbons, bead clusters, and feather bunches. Wind all the wire stems around the ring to secure them in place.
Sew a few small silver beads inside and outside the felt flowers for added embellishment. Once the wreath is complete, attach a bow at the top to hang it up.
