Begin by creating templates for the doll's clothes motifs (skirt, dress, dress pocket, and bikini). Cut out these templates using paper scissors.

Take a piece of pink felt and cut it into two equal pieces. Place these pieces on top of each other and secure them with pins at the top, bottom, and sides. Place the dress template onto the felt and trace around it using a fabric pen.

Cut out the dress shape using embroidery scissors. Remove the pins and any markings. Place the pocket template on a strip of pink felt, trace around it, and cut it out.

Sew the pocket onto the center of one dress motif using a running stitch. Place the heart sticker in the center of the pocket. Sew three lilac beads down the front of the dress. Place the two dress pieces back-to-back and sew them together down the sides using a running stitch.

Sew two pale pink flower-shaped sequins onto the shoulders with a white seed bead in the center of each flower.

Iron a piece of iron-on fabric onto one side of the pale blue felt. Place your bikini templates on the ironed side and trace their outlines with a fabric pen. Cut out the bikini motifs using embroidery scissors.

Glue on three pale blue flower-shaped sequins, following the picture as a guide for their positions.

Cut white felt into two equal-sized pieces. Stack these pieces together and pin them. Place the skirt template onto the felt, trace its outline with a fabric pen, and cut it out with embroidery scissors.

Remove the pins and any markings. On the front of the skirt, create a belt by attaching a pink sequin with a pink seed bead in the center.

Sew four small pink beads to the right and four small pink beads to the left of the sequin. Create six small polka dots from a strip of pink felt using a hole punch.

Cut the flounced ribbon in half and glue one piece to the front of the skirt at the bottom. Fold the excess ribbon to the back and glue it down. Attach the polka dots to the front of the skirt.

Glue the other length of ribbon to the back piece of the skirt in the same manner as the front. Assemble the two parts of the skirt by sewing them together down the sides.

Place the doll's clothes and the miniature coat hanger on top of the vanity case. Apply glue to the back of each piece and stick them to the case.
