Apply spray mount adhesive to the reverse of the stepped motifs and glue them onto the blue felt. Carefully trace around the motifs with a fine-tipped gel pen to create precise outlines. Remove the template and cut out the motif using embroidery scissors.

Transfer the tea glass template onto the reverse side of the turquoise felt and cut it out. When you reach the handle, fold the felt strip to cut both handles together, ensuring they are identical. Wrap the holder around the tea glass and mark where the stitching will go using a pin. The holder should fit snugly around the glass. Secure it with a running stitch in turquoise thread, then sew turquoise beads along the stitching line on each side. Use a fine-tipped paintbrush to dot gold fabric glue around the outside edge of each handle. Allow it to dry for at least one hour.
