- Thin Coloured Cardboard
- Stamp Ink Pad
- Double Sided Tape

- Pencil
- Craft Knife
- Cutting Mat
- Rubber Stamp
- Set Square
- Blunt Knife
Making A Box Shape To Make Gift Boxes
Stage 1
Start by drawing a box net, in the shape and size of your choice. Box templates can be found online if needed.
Stage 2
Then, cut out the box net shape using a craft knife and cutting mat. Use a metal ruler to get accurate and neat lines.
Stamping Onto A Pretty Gift Box
Stage 3
Next, use a ruler or a straight edge to stamp rows of your chosen print diagonally across the card box net.
Stage 4
Make sure you extend the pattern over the edges so that the partial prints alternate on each row.
Making A Gift Box

Then, on the opposite side of the card, place a set square or a ruler against the fold lines and then score along them carefully with a blunt knife. Make sure that you don't cut through the whole surface of the card.
Stage 6
Next, fold along the score lines that you have just made, making sure that all of the corners are square. Then apply some double sided tape to the joining edges and pressing the sides together. Try to be as accurate as possible as you cannot reposition double sided tape.

Keep folding and sticking the card in the same way all around the box to form a beautifully neat gift box, ready to put a gift inside to give to family or friends. You can embellish it with ribbon or other decorative items if you wish to add any additional detail.
