Make Your Own Rose And Red Clay Natural Face Cleanser
I have always liked the idea of making my own natural skin care cleansers and creams, etc. Natural ingredients are so good for your skin, and do not have any extreme chemicals. This rose and red clay natural face cleanser is good for many skin types, including; dry skin, sensitive skin, and ageing skin. However, if you have blemished skin or oily skin, this one may be a little rich for your skin.
Red clays are really great additives to cleansers. Clay comes in many colours, and they all have different healing properties and minerals within them. I really love red clay, as it makes such a beautiful deep rich colour. It can be a bit messy, but for me, it is worth it. The jojoboa wax helps to hold all of the face cleanser ingredients together and thickens it a little to make it easier to use.
Rose and patchouli are lovely fragrances to add to a rose and red clay natural face cleanser. However, you can add different fragrances if you wish such as geranium or bourbon essential oils. I would really love to try and make it with a lot of different essential oils, as an experiment to see which ones I like the best.

Step 2
Once all of these more solid ingredients have melted fully, add in the calendula oil and the honey, stirring it gently into the melted liquid until it is well mixed in. The manuka honey will not dissolve fully, but will combine properly once the red clay powder is added to it.

Before using your lovely homemade rose and red clay natural face cleanser, run a clean face cloth under warm hot water, and place it over your face to open up the pores in your skin. Then take a small amount of the cleanser and massage it into your skin. This will also help to remove any leftover makeup debris. Then remove the cleanser using the cloth.
