I have been to a few sessions at a local crafting place that does clay, pottery and ceramics. I have really enjoyed the classes, so I would really like to get a small kiln at home for making various ceramics. Something small to medium sized would be ideal, I do have some space, but not for anything too big, as I still need work space to make my pottery. So preferably not as big as the one in the picture at my local craft centre. I was wondering if anyone has some recommendations for the best kiln for making ceramics at home?

And is there anything else that I need to consider, such as ventilation and ideal placement of the kiln? I would just like to make sure that I am doing this safe and properly. I would love to get my nieces and nephews involved at some point if they want to, to make some gifts for their parents for Birthdays and Christmas. They are really into crafting, so I think they will love this.

If there is any other pottery or ceramics equipment or products that anyone can recommend, it would be very much appreciated.
I would also love to see any pottery or ceramic work that you have made. I love seeing other peoples beautiful creations.
