Question Asked:
I make a lot of beaded jewellery including; necklaces, bracelets, earrings, the usual and would like to know if anyone knows where I can get some really decorative and interesting beads from, please? At the moment, I have been buying them from my local Hobbycraft shop, but would now like something a little more interesting. As I feel like I have used most of the beads that they have in store.
While they do have really pretty ones available, I would love to find some more decorative or unusual ones.
Any sizes, shapes, textures and colours. These are the types of beads that I usually buy, I pick my own and fill plastic tubs. While they are beautiful beads, I would really love something extra that stands out a little bit more. I would love to get some recommendations please.
I am really even open to making some beads myself, at least them I can have exactly what I want. But it does look very complicated and I really wouldn't know where to start. So if anyone could recommend a kit maybe that would be good too.

I order mine online from Jessie James beads for jewellery making and they are really beautiful. They have so many collections of different beads. They actually used to sell them in Hobbycraft, but stopped around 5 years ago for some reason. So now I just order online as they have so many to choose from. They also do bead bundles with a selection. I particularly love the Starry Night bundle and the Yellowstone bundle. And I love the bead strands as well as the beads that are already put together to complement each other.

I order beads from Jesse James and I also make my own beads out of FINO polymer clay, if I want something one off.

I get mine from Jesse James beads as they are always bringing out beautiful new collections. I have ended up with a huge stash of them. Whenever I make jewellery for friends with them, they always say how lovely the beads are.
