I would like to paint some ceramic Christmas decorations with my children for our family this year. I love the idea of creating fun memories with my children that the whole family can admire every Christmas when we decorate the Christmas tree. My main question is, what would be the best paint or glaze to use on the ceramic decorations that you buy from Hobbycraft? And do I need to do anything extra to protect the paint?

Also, I would love some more ideas for different Christmas decorations that are quite simple to make? I have an 8 year old and a 4 year old who are very into craft projects and making things. I would really like to make some baubles with them, and I would really appreciate any ideas that you might have.

I would also love to see any Christmas decorations that you have made. I really enjoy looking at any creative projects.
