I was looking at laser cutters last weekend as I would really like to buy one for some woodwork projects. I saw the Glowforge Pro laser cutter in person and it looks like an amazing machine. I was just wondering if anyone has one of these and if you have any thoughts or reviews? Before I go out and buy one. And do I also need to buy the Glowforge air filter or can I just use the main machine without one?

I would also love to hear about any other laser cutters that are good, so that I can make an informed and educated decision before I spend what is a lot of money. Hopefully some of my projects will make some of that money back.
