My best friend is an interior designer and she has given me a load of fabric books that are out of date. I love crafting and sewing, and I would really like to use them as the fabrics are all so beautiful. I really don't want to waste them, it would be a shame to just put them in the bin. I would really love some ideas for what I could make with them please? I will be getting some more at the end of the year when more fabric books expire, so it would be great if I had some ideas as to what I can do with them before she gives me more.

There are all different types of fabric samples inside the books, some neutrals, some bright colours, some geometrics, some florals, some abstracts. And they are all different materials like silks, linens, polyester, cotton, jacquard etc.

Someone suggested that I just make bunting with them, but I would really like to make something a bit different and a little more interesting that would maybe get a bit more use than an occasional celebration.

I would love to hear your thoughts and ideas. Thank you in advance for all of your suggestions.
