My husband made this beautiful stained glass door panel for our back door and I think it came out absolutely beautiful. Isn't he talented.

He is quite artistic and I challenged him to make something pretty for the house. Then he smashed a hole in the back door, which was quite unnerving. But he did promise he would fill it with something I liked and that it would let more light into the back utility room.

I think he has done really well. He said he did some stained glass before, when he was at college, but that was years ago. So really for a first attempt, I was very impressed. But he is always doing little things here and there and he is really quite talented.

Well after the successful outcome of the first stained glass project, I have tasked him to do some more pieces for around the home. But just don't go too crazy, I don't want our house to end up looking like the local vicarage.

And next time, I said maybe knock the hole in the door, after you've finished making the stained glass. We did have a boarded up window for about 6 weeks.

Anyway, just wanted to show off my wonderful hubbies' work.
